Sooji Kesari Seeyam

Bored of eating Sooji Kesari?? tried it out as seeyam, an authentic sweets of chettinadu, but i prepared it another way..if u have left over kesari n dunno wat to do just give a trial to this kesari seeyam, am damn sure that they will vanish within a few minutes..

1cup Sooji Kesari
1/4cup Maida flour/All purpose flour
2tbsp Milk
2 pinch Baking soda
Salt
Oil for deep frying

Mix maida flour, milk, baking soda n salt into a thick batter.. keep aside.
Heat the soojikesari in microwave oven so that it will be easily to make them small balls...take a small portion from the hot kesai n roll them as small balls..

Heat oil for deep frying n dip each balls into the maida batter n put them in the oil..fry them well until they get well cooked, drain the excess of oil in a paper towel..
Serve hot!!!!
